Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LunchBox Training Modular ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a dealership, you represent that you're authorized to bind that dealership.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Dealership administrators control role assignments and can revoke access. You may not share your account.

• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or circumventing security.
• No uploading of unlawful content or another party's confidential data without authorization.
• No use of the Service to send unsolicited communications.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant LunchBox a license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service. AI features may process content to generate coaching suggestions; we do not use dealership content to train foundation models.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product.

Either party may terminate access at any time. On termination, dealership administrators may request export of their data within 30 days.

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunchBox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
