LunchBox Training Modular ("LunchBox," "we," "our") provides an intelligent sales operating system to automotive dealerships. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to lunchboxtraining.com and the LunchBox web application.

• Account data — name, email, role, dealership assignment.
• Usage data — modules completed, quiz answers, streaks, points, leaderboard events.
• Dealership content — customer records, deal stages, notes, and files you enter into LunchBox.
• Device data — browser, IP, timestamps for security and diagnostics.

• Deliver training, coaching, and deal-assist features.
• Show dealership performance and leaderboards to authorized managers.
• Secure the platform and prevent abuse.
• Improve product quality and support you when you ask for help.

We do not sell personal information. Dealership content is visible only to authenticated members of that dealership per role. We use vetted subprocessors for hosting, database, authentication, and AI features. Access is scoped by row-level security in our database.

Account and dealership data is retained while your account is active. On request from a dealership administrator, we will delete or export the dealership's data within 30 days.

You can update your profile, request an export, or ask us to delete your account by contacting your dealership administrator or emailing privacy@lunchboxtraining.com.
